Baltimore

Last weekend some friends and I ate our way through Baltimore. The trip was planned for the sole purpose of trying some new chocolate chip pancakes. As chocolate chip pancakes from IHOP are a pretty regular occurance in our little group, this seemed a completely sound reason for visiting a neighboring state/city.

One friend just happens to have a boyfriend with a house in Baltimore *tada* free place to stay. He was supposed to be working on the house all day long while us five girls spent some quality girl shopping time. His plans fell through though, so poor guy was stuck with us for the quality girl shopping time. I got some new shoes- very cute.

One hightlight of the day: learning how to make kataifa from a very nice lady at the greek festival. Just remember, the most important thing about making kataifa is that the dough is not too dry.
