Polo

Tonight was super, super fun. It was my second time out for polo (not just this year, but ever, last week was the first) and the matches were great. I got my picture taken on the tractor in between chuckers (that's the name for the time period, 6min 30 sec) and I met Musadek. Musadek has been playing polo for 8 years, and I'm going to guess that he is about 14.

Musadek explained some of the rules and told us about the horses and what the positions are- it was great to talk to someone that actually knew about the game. Then after the second match a bunch of us joined the kids out on the field to play.

FYI- polo without horses is very much like field hockey, but still fun.

Musadek actually organized a game between about 10 of us and some of his brothers and sisters and a very excitable girl named Kat, and some blond boys from California. Musadek and his sisters were all quite good and definitely beat us, but we weren't too shameful.

All in all, possibly one of top nights of the summer.
