So I don't really feel very busy, but I was looking at my calendar last week and realized that if I didn't go camping this last weekend, there wouldn't be a chance until November. Luckily as I was telling a friend this on Monday, she let me know that she had already planned a trip and that I could go.
We had a bit of a slow start, not surprising- one hour late is pretty standard for any group activity. That wouldn't have been a problem, except that instead of a .75 mile hike into the campground, the gate was locked and it turned into a 2 mile hike. No matter, it was a great weekend and I got to meet lots of new people.
