I went to the Ingrid Michaelson concert on Friday and it was fabulous. The show further confirmed my belief that she and I would be best friends if we knew each other in real life.
She played my two favorite songs "The Chain" and "You and I." And the intro to her most famous song "The Way I Am" included some totally awesome rapping of "Ice Ice Baby" and "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air." I am ashamed to say that I grew up in the 80's but do not know all the words to those songs.
