That's right, I'll be in Salt Lake for the next week. I'm flying in tonight, and barring any blizzards, will be sleeping at my parents house in the beach room. The week is jam packed with activities, and I don't know how I'll be able to visit everyone that I want to see. So....I've decided to send out an open invitation to anyone who wants to see me in person.
I'm going to be getting my shredded pork salad fix taken care of at the Cafe Rio in Fort Union (6985 South Park Centre, Salt Lake City, UT 84121) on Tuesday, December 30th at 6:30 pm. Now you know where I'll be at that point, so it will be fabulous if I see you there. If not, I should be back in town sometime in the summer when I come back to visit my new niece/nephew.
